The short version
- You can use the site freely for your own shopping, as long as you use it lawfully and fairly.
- Product information is there to help you choose. It is not medical advice, and the label on the product always comes first.
- When you use a "Buy from brand" button, you buy from the brand, not from Evra, and the brand's own terms apply.
- The brands and products on the site at the moment are fictional samples, and cannot be bought.
- Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
About these terms
These terms explain the rules for using the Evra website, myevra.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Other terms and policies also apply:
- our terms of sale cover orders you place with Evra, once our checkout opens;
- our privacy policy explains how we use your personal data;
- our cookie policy explains what the site stores on your device.
If you buy a product through a "Buy from brand" link, the brand's own terms apply to that purchase, not ours.
Who we are
The site is run by [PLACEHOLDER: legal name of the business], trading as Evra. In these terms, "Evra", "we", "us" and "our" mean that business.
- Address
- [PLACEHOLDER: registered or geographic business address]
- [PLACEHOLDER: contact email]
- Company number
- [PLACEHOLDER: company number, if a limited company], registered in [PLACEHOLDER: part of the UK the company is registered in]
- VAT number
- [PLACEHOLDER: VAT number, if registered]
You can also reach us through our contact page.
Using the site
The site is free to use, and you do not need an account. Accounts are not open yet.
We work to keep the site available and up to date, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, for example to fix a problem or to add products.
When you use the site, please do not:
- break the law, or use the site for fraud;
- try to get into parts of the site, its servers or its data that are not meant to be public;
- add viruses or other harmful code, or do anything that could damage, overload or slow down the site;
- copy large parts of the site automatically, for example with scraping tools, without our written permission;
- send us messages through our forms that are unlawful, abusive or misleading, or that use someone else's details without their permission.
If you do any of these things, we may stop you using the site.
Your basket and saved list
Until our checkout opens, adding a product to your basket does not order, reserve or pay for it. Your basket and saved list are kept only in your browser, on this device. Our cookie policy explains how this works.
Information, not medical advice
The information on the site, including product descriptions and ingredient lists, is general information to help you choose. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace the label on the product.
Always read the label, and follow the instructions and warnings on the product. If you have an allergy, a skin condition or another health concern, check the full ingredient list and ask a pharmacist or doctor before you use a product.
Sample brands and products
While we get ready to launch, the brands and products on the site are fictional samples. They show how partner listings will look, and each one is marked as a sample.
Sample products are not real and cannot be bought. Their names, prices, ingredients and other details are examples only.
Product information from brands
Partner brands give us the information we show about their products, such as ingredients, sizes, instructions, warnings and photos. We review it before we list a product, as explained in How we choose, and we take care to show it accurately.
Brands sometimes change a product, its packaging or its ingredients, and the change may reach us later. So:
- if the label on a product you have is different from our page, follow the label;
- colours in photos can look slightly different on different screens;
- prices and stock can change at any time.
If something on our site looks wrong, please tell us, so we can check it with the brand and correct it.
This does not reduce your rights when you buy from Evra. A product you buy from us must match the description we gave you, as our terms of sale explain.
Buy from brand links
Some products are sold by the brand itself, not by Evra. Instead of "Add to basket", they have a "Buy from brand" button, which takes you to the product on the brand's own website.
When you buy through a "Buy from brand" link:
- you buy from the brand. The brand is the seller, and Evra is not part of your contract;
- the brand's own terms of sale, delivery and returns apply, and so do its privacy and cookie policies;
- the brand sets the price, delivery charges and availability. The price on the brand's website when you order is the one that applies, even if our page shows a different one. [PLACEHOLDER: how and how often Evra checks the brand prices it shows]
- questions about your order, delivery, returns or refunds go to the brand.
The brand may pay us a commission when you buy through these links. Read how we make money.
If you think there is a problem with the product itself, please tell us as well, so we can look into it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as brands' websites and official guidance. We do not run those websites, and we are not responsible for their content, whether they are available, or how they use your personal data. Their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.
Our content
The text, design, photos, graphics and logo on the site belong to us, or to people who let us use them, including partner brands. Brand names, logos and product photos belong to the brands.
You may view the site, print or save pages for your own personal use, and share links to it. Please do not copy, republish or sell our content, or use it for business purposes, without our written permission.
Please do not use the Evra name or logo in a way that suggests we work with you or endorse you, when we do not.
Linking to our site
You are welcome to link to any page of our site, as long as you do it fairly and lawfully. Please do not:
- suggest that we work with you, approve of you or endorse you, when we do not;
- link in a way that harms our reputation or takes unfair advantage of it;
- show our site inside a frame on another website.
We may ask you to remove a link that does not follow these terms.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility where the law does not allow it. This includes our responsibility for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- your legal rights as a consumer.
Within those limits:
- if we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if you and we both knew it might happen when you used the site;
- we are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable;
- the site is for personal use. If you use it for a business, we are not responsible to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or loss of business opportunity;
- when you buy through a "Buy from brand" link, your contract is with the brand, so the brand is responsible for that purchase.
Orders placed with Evra are covered by our terms of sale, which explain your rights in more detail.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law changes or when we add features such as our checkout. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms that apply are the ones on this page when you use the site, so please check it from time to time.
Which laws apply
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm the governing law and courts with a solicitor]
You can take legal action about the site in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can choose the Scottish courts instead. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can choose the courts of Northern Ireland instead.
This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer law of the part of the UK where you live.

If you have a question about these terms, email [PLACEHOLDER: contact email] or use our contact page. To make a complaint, see how to complain.
